- Jamie Young Company offers a product warranty valid one (1) year from the date of delivery to customer. This warranty guards against product defect(s) and guarantees to replace any and all parts should they prove defective within one (1) year. All costs in regards to product replacement shall be covered by Jamie Young Company. Jamie Young Company shall not bear responsibility for damages incurred during the course of use that is deemed "normal wear" or caused by the customer.

Cancellations
No fees for cancellations before shipping. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.

- Submit a return form within two days of delivery
- No restocking fees for items under $1000 (shipping costs deducted)
- 15% restocking fee for items $1000 and over
