Carved from natural wood, this abstract figure captures the organic relationship between the human form and the material from which it was shaped — the grain and growth patterns of the wood doing as much expressive work as the carving itself. The figure appears to rise from its black iron base the way a tree rises from the earth, a compositional choice that reinforces the piece's central theme. At 70 inches tall, it commands vertical space and draws the eye upward, making it a strong focal point in an entryway, living room, or studio.
- 12 L x 12 W x 70 H inches
- Crafted from natural wood, with visible grain and growth patterns that contribute to the sculptural form
- Black iron base grounds the figure and creates a deliberate contrast between raw wood and worked metal
- Abstract human silhouette shaped by the wood's natural curvature rather than imposed geometry
- At 70 inches tall, scaled to anchor a floor-level vignette or stand independently as a room focal point
- Well suited to interiors with organic, bohemian, or artisan-forward aesthetics
