SKU:TH78361
Welded from reclaimed bicycle chains, this floor-standing bust commands attention through the tension between its raw, industrial material and its recognizably human form. The figure appears to hover above a spare minimalist base, creating a sense of weightlessness that contrasts with the dense, interlocking metal links beneath. Standing nearly six feet tall, it reads as a focal point rather than an accent — the kind of work that anchors a room rather than decorates it.
- 18 L x 14 W x 67 H inches
- Constructed entirely from reclaimed bicycle chains, each link welded together to build up the contours of a human bust
- Metal-on-metal fabrication technique creates visible texture and depth across the surface of the figure
- Minimalist stand elevates the sculpture and creates visual separation between the figure and the floor
- Contemporary, industrial aesthetic suits loft spaces, modern living rooms, and design-forward entryways
- Sustainable construction makes use of discarded materials, aligning with modern organic and eco-conscious design values
