Experience your wine with this refreshing addition to our iconic Tuscany Classics collection. In collaboration with renowned sommelier, Victoria James, we developed this carefully thought-out 4-piece wine glass set: two for warm region wines and two for cool region wines. It's simple: instead of matching your glassware to the grape, focus on where the wine was created. For warmer climates, where more sunshine means more richness, we crafted a glass with a deep bowl to allow the wine to breathe. In cooler climates, the aromas are more delicate, so we designed stemware with a smaller opening to capture every detail in the wine. Don't know if your wine is from a warm or cool region? Just ask your local somm] These glasses are made of fine European lead-free crystal and feature a thin lip to help coat your palate and a naturally thin base for perfect swirling and aeration. We etched unique icons on each foot so you know which glass you need. The warm region wine glass has an icon showcasing a tiny circle with a thin line in the middle to represent the area of the globe closer to the equator. The cool region wine glass has a big space in the middle of the circle to represent the area of globe further away from the equator. It's all a part of a collection designed to elevate your wine tasting experience with every sip.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

After you order, the item gets packed and prepped. Once it’s out the door, you’ll get a tracking number to see where your item is in transit.

How will it get to me?

Smaller items will come like any FedEx/UPS delivery that comes to your home or business.
Larger items will go on freight truck. They’ll call you to schedule a good date/time for you to receive the items.
Items will be delivered to your porch, garage, or first dry area, but not inside the building.
In home delivery is available in some locations for an additional fee. Contact us for additional details about in home delivery options.

Why does it take so long to get to me?

To bring the best possible service and make sure items are delivered without damages or blemishes, we have delivery partners that do nothing but deliver furniture. Does this make things a little slower? Yes. But we’d rather you have your items in perfect condition but a little slower, than damaged or blemished.
Many small parcel items will take the standard delivery time of 3-7 business days, depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse.

How do I cancel?

As long as it’s not on the truck and ready to go, you can cancel it without any fees!
Once it’s on the truck it’ll be considered a return

How do I return an item?

Fill out the return form within two days of delivery and we’ll try to make the process as painless as possible.
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items for items under $1000, but shipping charges are deducted
Even though shipping is free, the costs associated with getting it to your location will be deducted
A 15% restocking fee will be applied for items $1000 and over
