- Large items: Shipped via freight truck. We'll call to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Delivery Location
Items will be delivered to your porch, garage, or first dry area. In-home delivery is available in select locations for an additional fee. Contact us for details.

Cancellations
No fees for cancellations before shipping. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
Returns
- Submit a return form within two days of delivery
- No restocking fees for items under $1000 (shipping costs deducted)
- 15% restocking fee for items $1000 and over
