Balancing cushioned comfort and long-lasting protection, this 1/4" thick rug pad by Mohawk Home offers plush cushioning, non-slip grip, insulation, sound absorption, and superior flooring protection that is perfect for busy households. A great choice for all floor types, the durable blended felt fibers and non-slip latex backing is essential to keeping your rug attractive, in place, and your floors damage free. Available in scatters, runners, and popular sizes such as 5x8 and 8x10, this rug pad can also be easily customized by trimming with scissors to fit any size or shape of area rug. Our rug pads feature Green Label Plus Certification by The Carpet & Rug Institute, showcasing top quality products with the lowest chemical emissions on the market.- Plush Comfort Cushion: The 1/4" thick felt cushioning offers a soft feel underfoot, added sound absorption, insulation, and extra comfort for area rugs in busy spaces.
- Extra Grip: The latex rubber backing provides additional grip under your area rugs to help prevent slipping, sliding, bunching, and wrinkles during everyday use. (area rug not included)
- Recommended Use: Larger area rugs, over 5x8, with latex backing provide the best non-slip functionality. For added non-slip grip to scatters, runners, and other smaller area rug sizes under 5x8, it is recommended to use rug tape or non-slip corner tabs to help prevent slipping and sliding in high traffic spaces.
- Customizable Sizing: Simply score the surface and trim your rug pad with scissors to fit any area rug size or shape. For the 3/8” and 1/2" thick rug pad options, it is recommended to trim the pad 2” short of your area rugs perimeter. For the 1/4" thick rug pad option, it is recommended to trim the pad 1” to 2” short of your area rugs perimeter.
- Flooring Types: For carpet, simply place the rug pad under your rug with the felt side down. For hard surface flooring, place the rug pad under your rug with the non-slip latex rubber side facing down.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
- After you order, the item gets packed and prepped. Once it’s out the door, you’ll get a tracking number to see where your item is in transit.
- Smaller items will come like any FedEx/UPS delivery that comes to your home or business.
- Larger items will go on freight truck. They’ll call you to schedule a good date/time for you to receive the items.
- Items will be delivered to your porch, garage, or first dry area, but not inside the building.
- In home delivery is available in some locations for an additional fee.

- To bring the best possible service and make sure items are delivered without damages or blemishes, we have delivery partners that do nothing but deliver furniture. Does this make things a little slower? Yes. But we’d rather you have your items in perfect condition but a little slower, than damaged or blemished.
- Many small parcel items will take the standard delivery
time of 3-7 business days, depending on how close you are to the
shipping warehouse.
- As long as it’s not on the truck and ready to go, you can cancel it without any fees!
- Once it’s on the truck it’ll be considered a return
- Fill out the return form within two days of delivery and we’ll try to make the process as painless as possible.
- We do not charge restocking fees for returned items for items under $1000, but shipping charges are deducted
- Even though shipping is free, the costs associated with getting it to your location will be deducted
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied for items $1000 and over
