Argentine Santa Maria Open Fire Grill with Stainless Grates and Foldable Prep Table

Rooted in the Argentine gaucho tradition, this Santa Maria-style open-fire grill brings live-fire cooking to the backyard with the kind of control that separates a sear from a slow roast. The 304 stainless steel V-shaped grates, adjustable across a 14-inch range, let you dial in heat precisely — whether you're finishing a crust at high intensity or holding a brisket low and slow for hours. Four locking casters and a foldable prep table make this as practical as it is visually commanding on a patio or in a professional outdoor kitchen setup.
