This warranty guards against product defect(s) and guarantees to replace any and all parts should they prove defective within one (1) year. All costs in regards to product replacement shall be covered by Jamie Young Company. Jamie Young Company shall not bear responsibility for damages incurred during the course of use that is deemed "normal wear" or caused by the customer.
