Most of our glassware collections are made in Portugal and Europe where the glass industry is famous for its uniqueness and high-quality craftsmanship. The collections showcase a variety of methods such as machine-blown glass, pressed-glass, and mouthblownglass - a fascinating handmade process that ensures that each glass is unique. Perfect for daily use and easy to care for, the collections benefit from a casual look that adds a contemporary charm to any occasion. Artistically designed to coordinate beautifully with any table, our Vite, Baga & Tinta and Coupole collections set the mood for the wine and cheese enjoyment. Inspired by the uniting joy of socializing, its contemporary shapes will enhance any gathering and elevate any wine, cheese or charcuterie.

Made in Europe, our glassware collections are either made of pressed-glass, our mouth-blown glass using semi-manual methods. Wine glasses, water glasses and tumblers can be safely used in the dishwasher. However, hand washing will prolong the life of the products. To maintain the original qualities we advise some extra care: - Before placing glasses in the dishwasher it is advisable to rinse them in lukewarm water to eliminate any residues; - Washing glassware by hand: handwash glasses individually with a non-abrasive detergent, warm water, and a soft sponge or cloth; - In the dishwasher: place glasses in the appropriate rack to avoid scratches. The washing temperature for the dishwasher should be 65 ºC (140 ºF) with a rinsing phase at 65 ºC (149 ºF) and a washing cycle of approximately 90/120 seconds. Carefully dose the brightener, an excess amount may cause iridescence on the glass surface, and a poor amount leaves water drop marks on the bowl. At the end of the washing program, open the door and leave it ajar for 5/10 minutes to vent steam and avoid the formation of halos on the glass due to condensation; - Dry with a microfiber cloth. We recommend you wash oversized items and more delicate pieces by hand, namely bordeaux/ burgundy/ chardonay glasses, our decanters, glass domes, and all items from our recycled glass collection Tosca.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

After you order, the item gets packed and prepped. Once it’s out the door, you’ll get a tracking number to see where your item is in transit.

How will it get to me?

Smaller items will come like any FedEx/UPS delivery that comes to your home or business.
Larger items will go on freight truck. They’ll call you to schedule a good date/time for you to receive the items.
Items will be delivered to your porch, garage, or first dry area, but not inside the building.
In home delivery is available in some locations for an additional fee. Contact us for additional details about in home delivery options.

Why does it take so long to get to me?

To bring the best possible service and make sure items are delivered without damages or blemishes, we have delivery partners that do nothing but deliver furniture. Does this make things a little slower? Yes. But we’d rather you have your items in perfect condition but a little slower, than damaged or blemished.
Many small parcel items will take the standard delivery time of 3-7 business days, depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse.

How do I cancel?

As long as it’s not on the truck and ready to go, you can cancel it without any fees!
Once it’s on the truck it’ll be considered a return

How do I return an item?

Fill out the return form within two days of delivery and we’ll try to make the process as painless as possible.
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items for items under $1000, but shipping charges are deducted
Even though shipping is free, the costs associated with getting it to your location will be deducted
A 15% restocking fee will be applied for items $1000 and over
