Cushion Composition: The frame is warranted to be free from defective materials and manufacturing defects for a period one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal household use and conditions. This warranty is not valid when abuse is evident.All metal springs are warranted against spring breakage caused by metal fatigue or spring clips pulling loose from the frame for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal household use and conditions.All foam seat cushions and cushion cores are warranted against loss of resiliency for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal household use. (Please Note! All cushions will soften with normal use and will conform to the shape of the user. This should be considered as normal wear, and not as loss of resiliency or a manufacturing defect.) Upholstery fabrics including mattress ticking are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year under normal care and use. The warranty does not cover tears, burns, stains, flattening of nap, pilling, fading, or shrinking,and is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident.(Please Note! Any damage or failure of the fabric resulting from chemical treatment or improper cleaning is also specifically excluded from this warranty.) Chelsea Home Furniture’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any part or parts found to be defective in material or workmanship upon examination by the manufacturer’s representative from the warranty time period specified. This warranty is limited to normal household United Statesge, and does not apply to any condition resulting from misuse, abuse, commercial use, or any condition, resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. Costs of packaging and shipping to and from the factory, if necessary, are not covered by the warranty. Chelsea Home Furniture’s obligation under the warranty is specifically limited to the original purchaser. If within the warranty period, identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, Chelsea Home Furniture reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. How will I know when my order has shipped?

After you order, the item gets packed and prepped. Once it’s out the door, you’ll get a tracking number to see where your item is in transit.

How will it get to me?

Smaller items will come like any FedEx/UPS delivery that comes to your home or business.
Larger items will go on freight truck. They’ll call you to schedule a good date/time for you to receive the items.
Items will be delivered to your porch, garage, or first dry area, but not inside the building.
In home delivery is available in some locations for an additional fee. Contact us for additional details about in home delivery options.

Why does it take so long to get to me?

To bring the best possible service and make sure items are delivered without damages or blemishes, we have delivery partners that do nothing but deliver furniture. Does this make things a little slower? Yes. But we’d rather you have your items in perfect condition but a little slower, than damaged or blemished.
Many small parcel items will take the standard delivery time of 3-7 business days, depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse.

How do I cancel?

As long as it’s not on the truck and ready to go, you can cancel it without any fees!
Once it’s on the truck it’ll be considered a return

How do I return an item?

Fill out the return form within two days of delivery and we’ll try to make the process as painless as possible.
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items for items under $1000, but shipping charges are deducted
Even though shipping is free, the costs associated with getting it to your location will be deducted
A 15% restocking fee will be applied for items $1000 and over
