The Polaris Sectional Sofa is LA Furniture Store's top seller and is usually in stock. It features one light on the chaise with a storage compartment right above it (pictured on the right). It features another light on the side with a shelf to store things. This extravagant luxury sofa's base price reflects bonded leather upholstery, and an upgrade to authentic Italian leather is available. Upholstery of Italian leather in the front where your body touches, such as the top armrests, the bottom cushion, the back rest, and the head rests. It has a leather match PVC material in other areas to help keep costs down but is an indistinguishable match to the Italian leather portion. The cushions of this sofa are very soft and comfortable to lay in.The colors of this sofa can be seen here. A dashing bright orange as the main color, with a hint of dark grey leather elements on the headrests, and back rest. The Polaris may also be ordered in different colors. Approximate lead time for special order colors are normally 6-8 weeks, but the stock orange and grey ships from our Los Angeles warehouse. It may reach your destination depending on where you live in either 2 days local Los Angeles Area or 3 weeks if you are shipping it to the east coast (Florida, New York, etc...).

How will I know when my order has shipped?

After you order, the item gets packed and prepped. Once it’s out the door, you’ll get a tracking number to see where your item is in transit.

How will it get to me?

Smaller items will come like any FedEx/UPS delivery that comes to your home or business.
Larger items will go on freight truck. They’ll call you to schedule a good date/time for you to receive the items.
Items will be delivered to your porch, garage, or first dry area, but not inside the building.
In home delivery is available in some locations for an additional fee. Contact us for additional details about in home delivery options.

Why does it take so long to get to me?

To bring the best possible service and make sure items are delivered without damages or blemishes, we have delivery partners that do nothing but deliver furniture. Does this make things a little slower? Yes. But we’d rather you have your items in perfect condition but a little slower, than damaged or blemished.
Many small parcel items will take the standard delivery time of 3-7 business days, depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse.

How do I cancel?

As long as it’s not on the truck and ready to go, you can cancel it without any fees!
Once it’s on the truck it’ll be considered a return

How do I return an item?

Fill out the return form within two days of delivery and we’ll try to make the process as painless as possible.
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items for items under $1000, but shipping charges are deducted
Even though shipping is free, the costs associated with getting it to your location will be deducted
A 15% restocking fee will be applied for items $1000 and over
