This warranty does not cover wearing, wrinkling, fading, pilling or fabric/leather that has been treated with dealer or consumer applied soil and stain repellent. Hooker Upholstery warrants its cushion cores to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) years. While foam will soften, it should not lose its resiliency – the ability to recover from compression. Polyester and Feather/Down Blend wraps, used to create surface softness, will, over time, lose some initial loft, which will contribute to normal cushion flattening and cover wrinkling. 5-Year Limited Warranty - Hooker Upholstery warrants metal mechanisms and related components to be free from manufacturing defects for five (5) years.
