Softly sophisticated with a clean modern profile and luxe mixture of materials, the Modern Mood Server is a stunning statement piece. The case has rounded corners, is finished on all sides and has an oval metal stretcher that goes all the way around. Crafted of Quartered Oak Veneers, the server has tactile wire-brush detailing in a serene Diamond finish. The metal on the hardware and base is in a brushed warm pewter finish, and the bar pulls are wrapped in leather. The two wood doors have soft-close hinges and magnetic catches. Thereâ€™s one adjustable wood shelf behind each door, and the two drawers are self-closing and feature a drop-in silver tray liner in the top drawer.

Collection Features: Unbound by geographical design, Modern Mood presents itself as an evolution of design choices, spanning a variety of decades and design movements, while maintaining an unmistakably modern aesthetic that transcends time. The 90-piece collection includes bedroom, dining room, home office, accent and occasional items characterized by substantive forms with soft architectural details. Elevated materials and brushed metal accents in a warm pewter finish are evident throughout the collection, including metal banding and edging as well as marble and glass accents. Crafted with flat cut quartered oak veneer with wire-brushed detailing, Modern Mood is presented in two finishes: Mink and Diamond. Delivering a dark, earthy brown with notes of black, Mink delivers a timeless aesthetic. A much lighter presentation is achieved with the crystal-like alabaster and pewter hues of the Diamond finish, delivering a soft sophistication.

All drawers have strong, time-tested English or French dovetail construction, for years of problem-free use. Plywood drawer bottoms are attached to plywood drawer sides for strength and durability. Metal side guides or wood on wood guide systems operate smoothly.
Fabric Finish Construction: Hooker Furniture utilizes a multiple-step finish process of up to 16 finish steps. This results in an unsurpassed clarity, depth and color richness and durability to our finishes. Through hand-craftsmanship such as rubbing and padding, our finishes feel as good as they look, with a smoothness that is delightful to the touch.
Finish Description: Diamond finish: flat cut quartered oak veneers with wire-brush detailing in a light finish with crystal-like alabaster and pewter hues delivering a soft sophistication. Brushed metal in warm pewter finish. Bar pulls are warm pewter metal and wrapped in leather.
Frame Construction: Hooker Furniture uses carefully chosen solid wood and select wood veneers over durable wood products in our furniture construction. Use of veneers enables more decorative looks unattainable with solid wood. Veneers are used over durable wood products such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) and particle board, made of renewable resources. MDF and particle board are used in quality furniture for areas that need to be stable, such as large surfaces. These durable wood products do not expand and contract with heat and cold and do not absorb moisture as much as solid wood, which results in stronger and longer-lasting furniture.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

After you order, the item gets packed and prepped. Once it’s out the door, you’ll get a tracking number to see where your item is in transit.

How will it get to me?

Smaller items will come like any FedEx/UPS delivery that comes to your home or business.
Larger items will go on freight truck. They’ll call you to schedule a good date/time for you to receive the items.
Items will be delivered to your porch, garage, or first dry area, but not inside the building.
In home delivery is available in some locations for an additional fee. Contact us for additional details about in home delivery options.

Why does it take so long to get to me?

To bring the best possible service and make sure items are delivered without damages or blemishes, we have delivery partners that do nothing but deliver furniture. Does this make things a little slower? Yes. But we’d rather you have your items in perfect condition but a little slower, than damaged or blemished.
Many small parcel items will take the standard delivery time of 3-7 business days, depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse.

How do I cancel?

As long as it’s not on the truck and ready to go, you can cancel it without any fees!
Once it’s on the truck it’ll be considered a return

How do I return an item?

Fill out the return form within two days of delivery and we’ll try to make the process as painless as possible.
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items for items under $1000, but shipping charges are deducted
Even though shipping is free, the costs associated with getting it to your location will be deducted
A 15% restocking fee will be applied for items $1000 and over
