Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and shipped, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow your item's journey to you.
Delivery Methods
- Small items: Delivered by FedEx/UPS to your home or business
- Large items: Shipped via freight truck. We'll call to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Delivery Location
Items will be delivered to your porch, garage, or first dry area. In-home delivery is available in select locations for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
Our Commitment to Quality
We partner with specialized furniture delivery services to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. While this may take a little longer, we believe it's worth the wait for damage-free delivery.
Cancellations
No fees for cancellations before shipping. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
Returns
- Submit a return form within two days of delivery
- No restocking fees for items under $1000 (shipping costs deducted)
- 15% restocking fee for items $1000 and over
