These features are not defects, but rather part of the material’s natural characteristics. By ordering from this collection, you accept the characteristics unique to each item and the hand-woven nature of the product. You agree that no claims will be approved regarding these natural variations. Special care should be taken to protect this natural finish.

Cancellations
No fees for cancellations before shipping. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
Returns
- Submit a return form within two days of delivery
- No restocking fees for items under $1000 (shipping costs deducted)
- 15% restocking fee for items $1000 and over
